Help offer to aid puppies

A DOG owner is offering assistance to fellow pet owners in need of a lactating animal.

Tubs the Staffordshire bull terrier recently gave birth to two puppies that had to be put down because they were brain-damaged.

Her owner Jodie West, of Fortuneswell, thinks the owners of any motherless animals in need of suckling could use the milk.

Miss West said: "Tubs is a well-behaved, loving dog and she would gladly take on any baby animals that have been rejected by their mum or don't have a mum." Call 01305 824879.
