Bus driver attacked
A MAN who tried to use an out of date child's bus pass attacked the driver who confiscated it from him.
The attack happened at a First bus stop in Weston Road on Portland.
PC Rob Adams said seven or eight people had been waiting at the bus stop, with the man third in line.
PC Adams said the man presented the pass to the driver, who pointed out it was out of date and confiscated it.
The man threw a handful of loose change at his head and ran off. The driver suffered pain but did not need hospital treatment.
A man of 26 has been arrested and released on bail.
