Road closed after sports car overturns
PART of New Road on Portland was closed in both directions after a sports car overturned there earlier today, a police spokesman said.
He said the male driver of a red Toyota Supra coupe, registered to a Portland man, was trapped in the vehicle but is not thought to have
life-threatening injuries and was conscious and breathing.
The spokesman added that a male and female passenger in the vehicle were released by fire crews.
The police spokesman said a woman was taken to Dorset County Hospital in an ambulance after complaining of back and neck pain.
